Employment Pathways
Getting ready for work takes the right skills and support. ABB's Employment Pathways program prepares participants for real employment through practical, structured training.
We focus on building both technical skills and workplace confidence, so participants feel genuinely ready to step into a job—not just qualified on paper.

NDIS Readiness
This training helps participants understand how their NDIS plan can support employment goals. It also covers practical basics like resumes, interviews, and workplace expectations, giving participants a clear, confident starting point.
Food Industry Skills Training
Participants gain hands-on experience in food preparation, hospitality, and service. These are practical, in-demand skills that open doors across the hospitality sector, one of the most consistent sources of entry-level and part-time employment.
Training is delivered in a supportive, low-pressure environment, with plenty of hands-on practice and guidance from experienced trainers.

How It Works
Participants start with an informal chat about their goals and current skills. From there, we recommend the right stream, or a combination of both, and build a training plan around it.
Support doesn’t stop once training ends. We stay in touch to help participants apply their new skills to real job opportunities.
