Women in Business supports the entrepreneurial spirit of women in ABB's Persian and multicultural community. Participants build real business skills while staying grounded in culture and community, turning traditional knowledge and everyday skills into genuine income and independence.
We believe entrepreneurship should be accessible to everyone, including women who might not otherwise see a clear path into business. This program removes barriers and provides practical support to get started.
Community Markets
Women showcase and sell their products directly to the public, gaining hands-on sales experience in a supportive, low-pressure environment surrounded by other women on the same journey.
Persian Food
This stream connects women with food-based enterprise, sharing traditional recipes while building small business skills like pricing, presentation, and customer service.
